George has worked in the construction and commercial property industry in the North East of Scotland for almost 50 years. He incorporated G&J Investments in the 1970s and was director until it was de-merged in 2000 to create GSS Developments (Aberdeen) Ltd. He was actively involved in the development of Badentoy Park, located 10 miles south of Aberdeen into a high quality 200-acre industrial and commercial park.
Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 having worked within KPMG’s Aberdeen office since 1999. The later part of this time was spent in KPMG’s Transaction Services Team working on a number of corporate mergers and acquisitions. Since joining GSS Developments in 2004, he has been involved in developing, refurbishing and asset managing commercial buildings as well as undertaking asset management initiatives within the existing portfolio.
Paul qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004 whilst working for a niche Edinburgh practice, thereafter he worked in Savills' Capital Markets Team acting for national property companies and institutions. He joined GSS Developments in 2007 to expand their portfolio and diversify their interests throughout Scotland.
Lynsey has worked within the Edinburgh property market for 14 years and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2016. She has been involved in both hospitality and residential lettings, gaining experience of business and property management, accounting system improvements, property acquisitions and disposals. Having worked together on a previous project, Lynsey joined GSS Developments in 2023 to help continue to deliver the highest standards across the growing portfolio.
